Allied Health Scholarship

The Allied Health Scholarship is available to any full-time student who is presently accepted at an accredited school of nursing or other healthcare curriculum offering a course of study leading to licensure as a Practical or Registered Nurse or other health-related classification. Funded by a generous endowment from the Calvert Arundel Medical Facilities, Inc., this scholarship supports the continuing education efforts of local students in pursuit of their chosen allied health field. Applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA. In order to apply, you must have been accepted at an accredited school of nursing or other allied health curriculum offering a course of study leading to licensure as a practical or registered nurse or other allied-health related classification. Preference is given to residents of specific Maryland counties. Recipients are not required to repay the Foundation or accept employment.
