Bob Foehlinger Memorial Scholarship

The Bob Foehlinger Memorial Scholarship is a Central Region DECA scholarship, which will be awarded to Central Region DECA members who intend to pursue a course of study in entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality, management, or marketing. Scholarships are awarded based on DECA involvement, leadership ability, community service, and academic performance. All grade levels, from high school freshmen to collegiate students, are welcome to apply. Unless the scholarship application specifically requires a grade level or collegiate, you can assume that all members can apply. Three letters of recommendation are required. Applications for the 2026-2027 scholarship window are open now through January 11, 2027, and all required items must be submitted by that date. Applicants will be required to upload a transcript and get three letters of recommendation in addition to any specific requirements for each scholarship.
