Brighthouse Scholar Connections Scholarship Program

Brighthouse Scholar Connections, Inc. offers scholarships of up to $10,000 per year to underrepresented students at certain schools in and around the Charlotte, North Carolina region. These awards are renewable for up to 4 years, totaling up to $40,000 for its recipients.Scholarship Details• Need-based• Renewable with re-application• Open to college and high school students at partner institutions• May be used for tuition, fees, room and board, and supplies• Current Brighthouse Financial employees and their families may not applyEligibility Criteria• From an underrepresented or disadvantaged background, including: First-generation students Historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups From a school with a low graduation rate or funding• First-generation students• Historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups• From a school with a low graduation rate or funding• Attendance at a Brighthouse Scholar Connections program partner institution full-time• Demonstrated financial need• Minimum GPA of 2.7Application Process1.
