Esther Noffke Flight Training Scholarship

In memory of aviation pioneer Esther Noffke, one flight training scholarship will be awarded. Applicants must be enrolled in a flight program or enrolled in a college or university. The student must have a focus on aviation degree studies with defined goals. Applicants must provide at least one relevant reference letter. Applicants must be a current member of Women in Aviation International by October 1, 2024, and their membership must not expire before March 2025. NOTE: WAI2026 Scholarship Cycle is closed (applications were open July 15 to October 15, 2025). WAI2027 scholarship applications will open June 1, 2026 to September 1, 2026.
