Fair Chance Scholarship

The Fair Chance Scholarship is offered to Washington residents who are graduating high school seniors or returning college students. Applicants who participate in extracurricular activities and community service are encouraged to apply. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. The $5,000 Fair Chance Scholarship is awarded to 28 Washington students pursuing higher education. All funds are paid directly to the recipient's college, university or trade school to be used toward tuition or books. Fair Chance Scholarships will be awarded to 20 high school seniors and eight adult learners (at least one year out of high school) from across the state of Washington. Scholarship Applications will open on December 1st and close on February 2, 2026.
