GRCF Mathilda & Carolyn Gallmeyer Scholarship

The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's Mathilda & Carolyn Gallmeyer Scholarship is offered to a Kent County resident (who's been living there for at least five years) pursuing studies in fine arts. Applicants must have a 2.75 GPA. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process. Applications run from December 1 until the due date of March 1 each year. By connecting people, their passions and our region's resources, Grand Rapids Community Foundation and our partners work toward an inclusive and equitable West Michigan. Over the last century, the Community Foundation has used the tools of philanthropy to respond to community needs.
