Kristin Stefanson Memorial Scholarship

The Kristin Stefanson Memorial Scholarship is to be awarded to a student who is registered or will be registering to take a course offered by The Department of Icelandic Language and Literature at the University of Manitoba. Preference may be given to students who have not previously taken a course offered by that Department. Applicants should submit a general request, allowing the committee to consider each submission for any Foundation scholarship which is applicable. Priority may be given to first time applicants. Two references from persons other than family members are required for application, one of whom must be from someone with a teaching background. References may be submitted separately.
