Les Dames d'Escoffier Chicago Scholarships

Since 1982, the Les Dames d'Escoffier Chicago Chapter has supported women pursuing careers in culinary arts, nutrition, hospitality, and baking. The chapter has provided nearly $1 million in scholarships and grants to students and non-profit organizations across the Chicagoland area. In 2025, they will award eight $2,500 scholarships to women studying in these fields.Scholarship Details• Eight scholarships of $2,500 will be awarded• Four scholarships for students pursuing careers in culinary, nutrition, and hospitality• Four scholarships for students in baking and pastry• Scholarships are funded through fundraising activities and corporate partnershipsEligibility Criteria• Applicants must identify as female• Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited Chicago-area culinary school or hospitality program• Applicants must demonstrate a passion for culinary arts, nutrition, hospitality, or baking and pastry• Applicants must maintain satisfactory academic progressApplication Process1.
