Lynch Family Legacy Denver Scholarship

In 1998 John and Linda Lynch established the Lynch Family Legacy Scholarships to benefit student-athletes. The Lynch family provides financial assistance for high school senior student-athletes in the Tampa Bay and Denver areas to apply towards tuition at the college of their choice. The Lynch Family Legacy Denver Scholarship is available to high school senior varsity athletes from Denver and greater Colorado. Scholarship applicants are chosen based on their academic performance, athletic accomplishments, and community involvement. They also must submit an essay and 3 letters of recommendation. Financial need is also considered. Students with financial need are welcome to apply. Four $24,000 scholarships are presented to high school senior varsity student-athletes from the Denver and greater Colorado area. The application process will close on March 14 at midnight EST. To date $1.8 million has been awarded to student-athletes through these scholarships.
