The Archways to Opportunity® program offers Tuition Assistance to eligible McDonald's employees, helping reduce the cost of earning a college degree. Tuition Assistance can be used for courses at approved schools, including two- or four-year colleges, universities, business schools, technical or vocational schools, and graduate or post-graduate programs accredited by the Department of Education. Scholarship Details • Available to McOpCo employees based on role and performance • Assistance for courses at approved accredited schools • Annual Tuition Assistance amounts: $5,250 for eligible full-time McOpCo Store Managers or higher roles $2,500 for eligible part-time McOpCo restaurant crew members and supervisors • $5,250 for eligible full-time McOpCo Store Managers or higher roles • $2,500 for eligible part-time McOpCo restaurant crew members and supervisors • Applications must be submitted by December 31st for courses ending within the same calendar year Eligibility Criteria • For full-time Store Manager Trainee, Certified Swing Manager, Department Manager, or General Manager: Maintain a performance rating of "significant performance" or better Notify your supervisor of your participation • Maintain a performance rating of "significant performance" or better • Notify your supervisor of your participation • For part-time Crew, Floor Supervisor, Shift Manager Trainee, Primary Maintenance, or other roles: Employed by McDonald's for at least 90 cumulative days Work an average of 15 hours per week or more Maintain a performance rating of "significant performance" or better • Employed by McDonald's for at least 90 cumulative days • Work an average of 15 hours per more • Maintain a performance rating of "significant performance" or better Application Process 1.
