Eligibility Criteria • Must reside in an eligible county in South Carolina. • Must graduate from a public high school in an eligible county. • Must qualify for the SC LIFE or Palmetto Fellows Scholarship. • Must complete the FAFSA and qualify for the Pell Grant (any amount). • Must enroll in one of the eligible in-state colleges with a graduation rate of 50% or higher.
