The Work Ethic Scholarship Program is giving away another $2,500,000 in scholarships this year. We’re looking for hardworking men and women who will keep the lights on, water running, and air flowing--people who will show up early, stay late, and bust their asses to get the job done. It's not for everyone, but we know hard workers are out there.Scholarship Details• Total of $2.5 million in scholarships available• Supports training in skilled trades and approved programs• Designed for hardworking individuals who exemplify dedication and responsibility• Sponsored by the Work Ethic Scholarship Program and Mike Rowe Works FoundationEligibility Criteria• Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in an approved trade program• Must be willing to sign and abide by the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge (Skills & Work Ethic Aren’t Taboo)• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to a skilled trade careerApplication Process1. Enroll in an approved program focused on the skilled trades2. Sign the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge, agreeing to uphold its values3. Answer four questions related to the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge in writing4. Create and submit a video that highlights who you are and why you deserve the scholarship5. Obtain two references from a teacher, supervisor, or boss6. Provide verification of your school’s tuition and fees7. Submit a copy of your high school or college transcript8. Upload your most recent 1040 tax form9.
