Mizzou Scholars Award

The University of Missouri offers several competitive scholarships to first-time college freshmen entering in the upcoming fall. These awards are available to students enrolling during the first semester after high school graduation. They are renewable provided certain criteria are met. Renewal criteria are available on the Student Financial Aid website. Unless otherwise noted, none of these scholarships may be combined with any other awards.The Mizzou Scholars Award is offered to incoming students who are residents of Missouri. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must have an ACT score of 33–36 or an SAT score of 1450–1600, as well as have an excellent academic record. An application for admission, a résumé and essay must be submitted by Dec. 1. A committee will review candidates’ credentials and supplemental material. Strongest consideration will be given to the strength of the academic record.
