Orlando Health Scholars Program Scholarship

The Orlando Health Scholars Program Scholarship is available to undergraduate senior students at the University of Central Florida College of Nursing. Students seeking a first or second bachelor's degree in nursing are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students participating in clinicals, internships, volunteer positions, or employment opportunities at Orlando Health. Established to support College of Nursing students as part of the Pegasus Partnership, the scholarship awards $5,000 per term ($10,000 total) to Traditional and Second Degree BSN senior students. Applicants must submit a 500-word essay describing how their clinical experience has impacted them and why they are interested in working at Orlando Health in the future. A current resume is also required, including all previous institutions of higher education attended, leadership roles, work experience, and/or volunteer experience. Recipients must have a competitive GPA, enroll full time, and remain in good academic standing in the BSN program. Selected recipients will be expected to participate in clinicals at Orlando Health.
