The Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship seeks residents of Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, or Union counties in Tennessee. Adult students who have graduated high school or earned a GED or current adult nursing students are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to current public health nurses pursuing continuing education and nursing students pursuing a career in public health.
