The Goldie Initiative offers a prestigious leadership program designed to develop the next generation of women executives in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. The Goldie Initiative was founded by Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, a renowned commercial real estate broker and entrepreneur. Scholarship Details • Up to $15,000 in scholarship support ($7,500 per year for up to 2 years) • Funds may be used for graduate school tuition, course intensives, study abroad, and other qualifying programs • Executive mentorship with senior CRE professionals • Customized career development training and exclusive networking events • Financial support for travel related to Goldie Scholar activities • Continued participation in mentorship and programming through the end of graduate studies Eligibility Criteria • Open to women only • Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based, accredited graduate program with a focus on real estate (e.g., MBA, MSRE, JD, MUPP) • Merit-based selection; financial need is not a factor • Applicants must reside in or attend school in select Midwest and Northeast states (see official program page for full list) Application Process 1. No single factor—whether your college performance, essays, interview, letters of reference, or work experience—is decisive. We consider each application holistically, and take into account factors such as your background, experiences, perspectives, goals, aspirations, values, and accomplishments.
