The Trotter Project Scholarships

The Trotter Project offers scholarships to students pursuing undergraduate degrees in culinary arts, hospitality management, or food science agriculture. The application period is open from February 15th to May 15th, with all materials due by 11:59 p.m. CST on the final day. Students of any age enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university for the upcoming academic year are eligible to apply. The scholarship supports future industry leaders with a passion for excellence, service, and creativity. Scholarship Details • Scholarship supports students in culinary arts, hospitality management, or food science agriculture • Open application period: February 15th – May 15th • Deadline to apply: May 15th at 11:59 p.m. CST • Open to students at any point in their college education • Available to students attending accredited U.S. colleges and universities Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 2.5 unweighted GPA required • Must be a high school senior, incoming college student, or current college student • Must be attending or planning to attend an accredited college/university in the U.S. • Current college students must show proof of financial need or remaining balance Application Process 1. Complete the full online application form 2. Submit a resume highlighting community service, jobs, and internships 3. Upload a transcript showing cumulative GPA (weighted or unweighted) 4. Provide one letter of recommendation discussing academic performance and/or character 5. Current college students must include documentation of remaining balance or financial need 6.
