Virginia Tech Presidential Scholarship

Upon completing an application for admission, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions provides students with their applicant credentials for use with Scholarship Central. Students will have access to this portal before an offer of admission. For maximum scholarship consideration, prospective students must submit the General Scholarship Application by the due date. In addition to the General Scholarship Application, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must also be on file by the deadline. The Virginia Tech Presidential Scholarship Initiative (PSI) is a competitive scholarship program designed to offset the costs of college for in-state Virginia high school students with significant financial need. The program will recognize and reward academically talented students who have shown persistence and a commitment to academic excellence. This is renewable upon full-time enrollment (Enrolled 30 credit hours per aid year). This scholarship covers tuition, fees, room and board. Though not required, preference will be given to students of first-generation families.
