WAEF Scholarships

The Washington Apple Education Foundation is the charity of the tree fruit industry. Their mission is to impact lives through access to educational opportunities. Investors in the WAEF are making dreams come true for men and women improving their lives through higher education. Every year, the Washington Apple Education Foundation awards hundreds of scholarships to deserving students on behalf of tree fruit industry families, employers and supporters. Washington Apple Education Fund offers scholarships to local students with a desire to work for Washington State's tree fruit industry. Students pursuing study in two- or four-year programs related to fruit trees and students enrolled in a technical or vocational program compatible with work in the tree fruit industry may apply. Individual criteria may vary by each scholarship, and award amounts will also vary. Applications generally run from the Fall until the due date.
