Austin College Art Scholarships

Austin College is a small, liberal arts college where big things happen. Students and faculty engage in partnerships in learning that allow our students to become truly invested in their education. Our student body is a diverse one, but one that is welcoming and inclusive. A college education is an investment for a lifetime, and Austin College seeks to keep quality education affordable for qualified students. Different types of scholarships are offered. Art scholarships are awarded to students with talents in studio art, who may or may not intend a major or minor in art. A limited number of awards are available each year and may amount up to $4,000 annually for each recipient. Recipients are required to maintain satisfactory participation in at least one art or art history course each year that they receive the award and must remain full-time students in good academic standing. Additionally, recipients are required to submit work to the annual end of year student art exhibit.
