Lamar University Cardinal Elite Scholarship

The Cardinal Elite Scholarship is open to incoming first-time freshmen students for Fall 2024 with a minimum high school GPA of 3.85 and must be ranked in the top 10 percent of their graduating class or submit SAT (1330 or higher) or ACT (29 or higher) test scores. International students must submit their SAT (1330 or higher) or ACT (29 or higher) scores for consideration. Recipients will receive a total of $40,000 scholarship over four years wherein $7,500 per year will be applied toward tuition and $2,500 per year will be applied toward the on-campus residence hall.
